Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves an opening in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. Out of respect for both the therapist's and patients' time, 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee. Repeat no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. Consideration will be given for extenuating circumstances.
